Return & Exchange Policy

At Kartful, we take pride in offering carefully curated, 100% original products. Due to the nature of our items and quality control process, we have a strict return and exchange policy.
🔁 What We Don’t Accept

No returns or exchanges on incorrectly ordered items (wrong size, color, product, etc.). Please double-check your order before placing it.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide an uncut, clear video of the parcel being opened from start to finish. This is mandatory for any claims.

The product must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
📬 Return Conditions

Returns (if approved) must be sent back within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the provided payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect after we receive and inspect the return.
🛍️ Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or wrong items, not for sizing or preference issues.
