5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and policies, please note the following:

  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong product, size, or color. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

  • To claim any damage or missing items, an uncut and clearly visible video of the parcel being opened must be provided. Claims without such video proof will not be entertained.

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of wrong or defective items received, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued via the provided payment method after inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Kartful or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
